There remains a potential public health issue as a result of COVID. Although restrictions have eased, Gianni Restaurant still recommends certain measures to keep everyone safe.

CURRENT RECOMMENDATIONS 

  • Government advice here
  • Please wait in the covered entrance to be seated in Gianni Restaurant (you can wear a mask if you desire)
  • Scanning of QR check-in codes is no longer a legal requirement or in operation.
  • There are no special closing times now being imposed.
  • Serving is table service, and customers may wish to consider being masked when leaving the table for any reason
  • Face masks are no longer compulsory for our staff.
  • Certain Guidance is still recommended inside and outside. See our further considerations below and an explanation here from UK Government about respiratory infections.

Further Consideration
As well as the above main points, we respectfully ask guests to consider the following:

  • Please do not visit us if you feel unwell or have any Coronavirus type symptoms
  • You can bring your own sanitiser and continue to maintain regular hand washing/sanitising whilst you are here
  • Try not to arrive more than 10 minutes before or after your booked time so we can co-ordinate our food service.
  • If you want, socially distance and remain at your table during your visit.
  • Follow any directions that we may occasionally have in place, these are to protect you and our staff
  • We may where appropriate attempt to keep the Restaurant ventilated, for example by opening windows and fixing doors open where circumstances permit.
  • Pay by Card if possible (we accept cash, and tips for waiting staff, which will be handled appropriately)
